Only weed. It always goes away after a while.

I would cut someones hand off for lighting a cig near my car, much less inside it.

I hate the smell of weed in a car, it's worse than cigarettes!

I definitely have the heavy crayon smell. Especially when it's hot out.

It's funny my mom and dad told me about when they had leased an e30 back in the early 90s. They had loved the car and when it came up to the end of the lease they considered buying it. However a distinct BMW type Oder made them decide to turn it in instead of buying it.

Go spend a day at the cancer center in your local hospital and then decide if you still need to smoke.

Because Newports and Black Ice air fresheners smell way better.

*insert willy wonka*

Natural BMW crayon smell interspersed with weed is the way to go. Maybe im just wierd but I can ALWAYS tell when a car has been smoked in, even if only a few times. No tobacco near my car.

Lol how are Newports trashy?

Not black, farthest thing from it... and I'm definitely not a white trash Eminem wannabe either. I'm a college student and work full time as a supervisor for a food production plant. I was raised in a small hicktown, where it was nothing but tractors, trucks and farms. Every preset in my BMW is a country station. I started with Reds (like everyone else lol), decided I liked menthol, and Newports tasted best.

Not sure why Newports get that "rep". They are popular everywhere... with any race.

No it's not.

This is why I hate cigarette smokers. They can't smell how bad cigarette smell actually is.

People who smoke are disgusting. Much less who destroy a car because of it. How does it feel to drive an ashtray, OP?

I've smoked in every car I've owned. Sold them all as non-smoked in vehicles. It's easy to get the smell out.

Let the verdict stand clear: Tobacco can only reasonably be smoked in a vehicle very infrequently, with the windows down and while driving at or above 25 mph. Marijuana is a different story. Rolled marijuana in the form of a blunt or joint will leave a lasting smell in just about all vehicles for at least a few hours/days. In vehicles with leather interiors, marijuana that is consumed via a pipe, or bong (water pipe) will not leave a lasting smell.
