thinking of selling e46 and going older, give me suggestions (bought)

So I'm thinking of selling "Old Reliable" and getting something older and more fun (for me). I love vintage cars and don't mind tinkering with them. This is going to be my DD.

I'm open to suggestions but mainly I'm looking at foreign, pre-80s, $10k budget. Let me know your experiences, what to look out for on certain models.

Here's a Tii, listing is older so don't know if available. is this overpriced?

Here's something more economical but honestly I dont like what he/she did to it.
http://orangecounty.craigslist.org/cto/3665572433.html

This is cool but overpriced for a salvage title?
http://losangeles.craigslist.org/wst...716095560.html

this is cool, datsun Z
http://orangecounty.craigslist.org/cto/3717097069.html

This is very sweet but maybe not for DDing

thanks

The Datsun Fairlady looks like the winner IMHO.

Any of them except the salvage title one.

Love the 240

I've had two 280Zs, they are fun cars and easy to work on, but they are very rust prone. Check the frame rails, that is where it normally starts.

I've been keeping an eye out for a 2002 and the more I read that listing there seems to be quite a bit of work done to it and looks in excellent shape. If it checks out I'd be happy with driving it away for 10k..I can look past the square lights lol
