Top stuck open, how to manually open the lid?

My top is stuck open, when i press the close button the red light just stays lit. When I press the open button no light comes on. Ive been trying to figure out how to manually open the top lid to try to close the roof manually. Anyone have any ideas how? Ive been searching , reading the manual and nothing help.s

I have no experience regarding the top as I've never owned one, but check your fuses if you haven't already!

RTFM: Manual operation of the top is covered in the owner's manual.
Hint: It involves an allen key under the rear seat.

I read the manual. Use the hex key . Pressed the button. Nothing . The top lid is still locked.

Pull the rear seat, pop this cover and ensure the cables are in this position (unlocked). If they are not, push the button and keep turning, or turn the other direction.

You're only turning a few degrees, you need to turn at least 90-180 degrees to unlock it. If the button clicks up push it again and keep turning.
