My Ride: BMW 320 E46
My Alarm Key fob will not respond

The key fob packed in a while ago, been locking the doors via the key lock but today the windows went down automatically and the barrel turns within the door as i turned to manually lock the car. I have a BMW 320 E46.
Any ideas on what this could be would be greatly appreciated.
Kindest Regards

It's possible that the soldering point where the key buttons make contact with the surface of the actual board have broken off. This happened to mine. I ended up cutting open the key and re-soldering it back on. Good as new.

Hope that helps.
