they generally don't use formaldehyde anymore. at least not for human cadavers. it's not bad at all.

You should package up a little bit of it and put it in a small zip-lock baggie and give it to the girl you want to ask to prom w/ the note "You were on my mind / was thinking of you, want to go to prom?"

You should see the things I do with brains everyday. I'm working on a project in a TBI research lab now. I've actually taken out a human brain before with the spinal cord attached. Was very similar to a Mortal Kombat fatality move.

it doesnt smell bad, until you get home and wait until the next day to smell your scrubs. I have a dedicated pair of shoes/underwear and undershirt for lab because fumes stay near the floor.

With the spinal cord attached? The entire spinal cord? Awesome. That is a lot of work!

All of our scrubs had big oily spots right near the bellybutton from leaning over the anatomy tables while working. They smelled great

It really was. Hammer, chisel, hacksaw, and a few hours of elbow grease. About to go perfuse some rats with formaldehyde now, and take out their brains.
