Fog lights

Hello Everyone,
I woke up this morning and I was having a problem with my fog lights. Both of them will not turn on. I checked the fuse box in the glove box on the passenger side of my car and noticed the fuse was ok for the fog lights. (#38 fuse 15amp)
If the fuse is ok, what can the problem be. What chance is there that both bulbs went bad over night? what other things can I check other than the fuse in my glove to find the issue. Please help guys.
Thank you
Robert

Moved to the correct section.

Might be coincidence but maybe both failed at the same time. I'd get another bulb and see if that works first.

Fog light relay? Do you hear a click when you press the foglight button? The relay is behind your glovebox and you'll have to contort yourself a bit to get to it.
