For the Lurkers

I wanted to showcase some amazing articles I've read. I wish I had read these two years ago.

They take time to read, you've been warned (especially the first one).

But they all contain important wisdom, and from the most believable source: The guys (and a girl) who came from failure. They learned the hard way. I can relate to this, and I'm far from done as well. But like the first article mentions "Once you get it, you'll love it". And I feel for the first time like I finally "get it".

I am convinced that if you take the time to read these articles and can relate to what they say (most likely you currently can) then you will become more educated in proper fitness than the average person, including the average trainer.

Whenever you have time, check these articles out. They provide not only education, but motivation for change.

1st article was long but it was worth. Finally someone explains the difference between strength, power, explosive power, and muscular endurance; and how each is built differently.

Thanks bro, some good reads.

If you start a progress thread, I can help you with the diet. I've been on it for almost a year now! Once you start you won't go back

absolutely, not just liable but more informed. I've always thought what I was doing was the "right thing" but I've learned that wasn't the case.

I'm in love this this nerdfitness website, I can't believe I only discovered it this week. I agree with essentially everything on it! The guy who created it eats paleo, intermittently fasts, and lifts heavy for strength. Everything I do myself & recommend to others. Saves me a lot of time

They did a great introduction to paleo, I love how they simplify everything and make it fun to read and learn.
