SSR Type C or BMW PERFORMANCE 269

Having some trouble deciding which wheels to buy

Here are the type c on my car.

Fenders still need some work. Rims are just dirty, no scratches

For the 269s, they are the oem performance ones. Not my car and I hope the owner doesnt mind me using his car as a reference.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I would go with the SSR wheels. The OE wheels look stock and boring.

SSR are much lighter (only 17.2lbs per wheel if it is the 18x8.5 size) and therefore better

So many positive comments for the SSRs. They are pretty nice but its for DD and the black is the only main concern for me. I dont track much and the 269 looks classy IMO.

Thanks for the feedback guys!

Always liked Japanese wheels on German cars.

I like the OEM ones. I'd get Apex wheels before the SSR ones.

Two very different looks. Like the SSRs but not a fan of black wheels. The 269s will give your car the classy look but the looks of it does nothing for me. I'd vote for the SSRs if they were a different finish.

In the end, it's your car; put what you want on it and be happy...
