HK question

for those who installed a in dash screen with dvd in their car which has a HK system, it is true that the little sub won't work no more with the new headunit?and also,does all the speakers have to be rewired?thanks in advance for the help!

The speakers do not need to be rewired you can use the existing wireing.. The wire quality is good. Just need to connect you speaker wires to your new AMP. I would recommend for a small amount of money you could get a decent amp and components up front and 2ways in the back for all under $1000.. You will notice a big difference.
