It is a pretty easy financial model to build.

A precast concrete parking structure costs a minimum of 14K per space to build. Efficient scale is at least 350 cars. Land is an additional cost. Demand for parking in the location will determine occupancy, price and thus revenue.

Most Americans settle for a shmucky job, buy a shmucky little house in shmuckville, have no problem incurring a stupid amount of debt on there CC and put 10k a year in there 401k. The only capital most Americans have is there Shmuck bank accounts, there shmucky little car, and there shmucky house that has 2 mortgages on it teetering on foreclosure.

Can I get a source? There's been a lot of personal opinions floating around here lately and honestly...opinions are like assholes. Everyone has one and most of them stink.

ahh that one looks like you need an elevator or something.
well youre kinda right im not sinking it all into a business though, first i got an M3 chyeaaaaa and still looking for mods

i think i can only afford a lot now so location is everything. i'm thinking of putting LEDs in the curbs and using an induction sensor or camera to detect when a car is in an unpaid spot and warn that their ass will get towed
