i think i can only afford a lot now so location is everything. i'm thinking of putting LEDs in the curbs and using an induction sensor or camera to detect when a car is in an unpaid spot and warn that their ass will get towed
you're on you're way to being a business tycoon. Keep it up.

wow thats crazy...ive never seen that on the west coast. here theres like, garages with cameras for each spot that get license plates, sensors for number of spots on a floor, etc.
jamming coins with a strip of metal. lol

but how does it deter just parking? like youd need someone to count coins which is really difficult and determine who to tow? whats stopping most people from putting buttons or some **** in instead

i guess its just a diff of property value

I had no idea those didn't exist elsewhere. What's to deter someone from parking there is the attendant that stops by every so often. I got booted at a bar one night after the owner told me I was fine to park there and nearly got arrested for getting the boot off of my wheel when the attendents pulled up.

edit: No, it has nothing to do with property value, Get off your pedestal.

Judging from his high quality posts, the fact that he always talks about NY, and his love affair with his gas station, I'm going to say yes.

You guys are funny.

There's plenty of "successful" members on this site that post random stuff just for shits and giggles.

Yeah but what was that guys name? Turk, right? Wasn't he a gas station tycoon, or at least he would talk about his dads business being his, maybe Turk took over the business and became the Gasking.
