Yes Marcus I now own the rights to the turbo kit and HPF parts that are left over.
The kit has potential to recoup your lost money but it needs an updated ems solution because as you know the AEM V1 is gone.. done.. no more.. you also don't have the means to distribute and install it. Do you have any plans in that department yet?

You read my mind, once I have the down low on the new AEM I will look at distribution.

He wouldn't touch it even if you paid him 10g ...

seriously though just let the dust settle...talk with Derek about getting ahold of Chris@HPF to get your 5K Deposit back...the staff at HPF didn't know they were going belly up when they accepted your money. If contacting doesn't workout talk with you bank and get the ball rolling.

HPF out of Business?

Does this mean they won't be having a "going out of business" sale...?

Wow, sad news for everybody.

I can't lie: I saw it coming a long long time ago. Shops like that don't always stay around forever...

HPF was extremely influential in the turbo E46 world. Hopefully they (or someone else) can successfuly continue development and distribution.

However, I do covet a MaximumPSI Kit

If Chris B can figure out a way (even if its a nominal charge) to unlock the AEM's for the users who bought kits that would probably be the good guy greg thing to do.

What the hell?! Their website is still operating...or it looks like it. That would explain why no one called me or emailed me about my order status.

Now I have to go about calling my credit card and seeing about reversing these charges.
