Holland Tunnel Best Buy meet 5/15?

Whats up guys, next Wednesday my friend and I are starting our non-stop drive to LA for Bimmerfest West. I am starting the timer at the last light before the split to the I78 around 9/10 so I was wondering if anyone wants to do a quick meet there around 8 till that time. Kind of like a going away party

Bimmerfest West? Someone is going to cry about that, you know!

Non-stop to LA, Jake? In your e46? So, what are you bringing with you? You better too...coz if you don't, you'll need it; if you do, you won't.

May I recommend just a few items? Belts, WP, Therm, fuel pump, oil, coolant, espresso machine....

Bon Voyage, Jake...hopefully you'll make a "Trip" thread and plan some meets along the way. Really non-stop? I'm sure we could get you some couches to crash on along your route.

if I ever did that, I'd definitely plastidip my whole front end, headlights with clear, and lower half, and peel it off when I get there.

Thanks everyone.

Dmax, I'm set with everything for the car so don't worry. Vyper, I'd using blue tape on the front end, mirrors and the small panels after each of the wheels.

Dang if only my mom would let me:lol:
On serious note don't ignore if you have to pee
Fill up your tank every time it gets to a half(you never know when the next good gas station will come up) and try filling up at bigger stations where there is more cycle of the gas
Belive me I've traveled just with the e46 from Chicago to ATL than to Florida about 3 times
And most of the east coast with a trusty sienna
Always be checking coolant level and oil
Try not to stop in a ghetto place with such a nice car
Hope you have fun Jake
Chill like krill

^

Our stops are as so; 344miles, 355, 352, 340, 315, 355, 246, 149, 307. I also have a 5 gal gas container. I have extra oil/coolant in the car and I'll be running the OBC to show coolant temp (system is refreshed within the last 20k, hoses, thermostat, hoses and stewart water pump within the past year).

Thanks

Oo you have it planned out great

How many miles can you get out of your e46 on a full tank
I never tried it usually I'd stop every 250~300 miles

Around 360-370 driven miles on the highway. My OBC would read 465 or so average miles
