Thumbs Up Rebedding Brakes

I am a believer!
I had a high speed brake shudder issue that was getting worse.
I figured I had a warped rotor as I had always been told. I had my first "warped rotor" in the 80's on my 72 Chevy Vega.

Based on the reccomendations from this forum I went through the bedding process this morning before work on my 3 year old Akebono ceramic pads and Brembo blanks. After 8 cycles from 10mph to 60 then rapidly back to 10 then immediately onto the route 78 on ramp to work without stopping ( perfectly timed and rather fun). I was still feeling the shutter a little bit (albeit much less) after the last rep, but after cool down the shutter is now gone. Yea!

Thank you fanatics. I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks.

Worn control arm bushings can cause that, too.
