a couple hours a night, over about 5 nights. The longest part was waiting for each layer to dry. I'm gonna end up sanding it down and doing it over to clean it up a bit.

I've always wanted to do the same thing to a helmet.

The only thing I would of added was three laser pointers wired in to a rocker switch mounted in the chin area. That way you could turn three red dots off and on with your chin or tongue.
