Its not cheap to get it done properly and cheap quotes will come from people who have generally self taught through youtube etc . It isn't especially difficult once you know all the tricks of the trade and then its just practice . If your practically minded I'd advise trying it yourself its fairly cheap to buy and comes of if it all goes wrong . I'm thinking of doing my wagon bumper to bumper over the top in carbon grey and respraying the sides to match .

One of those things... You wont no what its like till its done. Could start a new trend, or be laughed off the road. Either way! Courageous move! Cheers for your thoughts. Love to give it a go! Start small I suppose!

Ha I cant take credit for it being my idea I've seen it on an 07 A4 estate and it looked very nice I don't know if it was a work in motion and was getting a full wrap but doing it like that cures a few problems . The edges tend to peel after time especially in door jam's etc , hot cold dust ,rubbing etc so it gets around that . Like you say start small get everything super clean use bodyshop panel wipe as last clean before applying , try your plastic interior trim its where I'm starting when I have a chance , if your doing carbon before you remove it use something to give you a grid reference to keep everything square or it'll look a mess , have fun
