Been watching YouTube. where the yanks take there e46 and chop the backbox off and weld a straight pipe on leading to a twin pipe. They call it muffler delete watch one it sounds awesome I'm no boyracer but thinking of trying it coz it's not no stupid big exhaust hanging off the back it sounds just right not to much and it's cheap to do

Does anyone know if we only have one camshaft position sensor on the M43 engine? Haynes manual only points to one.

Yeah thanks Shaun, I had discovered real oem but unless you know exactly where the parts are located its bloody hard to find some things! Whilst I'm on the subject of parts, can anyone help me with this? Where does the other end of this hose connect to, it's number 5, the same hose is located on the fuel injection system number 17, so assuming that's where it goes from the MAF? I have a split in mine where it connects to the MAF boot but don't know what that hose is called and searching that part number hasn't thrown much up. No doubt BMW can get it, maybe a pretty standard hose and in stock?

Which is positive on the sidelight connector? Brown wire goes to no. 1 black and green wire to no. 2. I'm assuming brown is negative? So do I just push the negative wire from the inverter (black wire) into the slit that the bulb holder came out of, and the same with the positive?Click image for larger version

I believe the black/green is live mate, and yes Jim pushed in from previous post, but Jimi soldered his, depends on choice mate i guess. You wont harm them or shouldnt by testing! Do you have an Multimeter?
