I hear you mate, ive got a good 4-6 inch scratch on my bonnet and some stonechips around the badge, filled it in with my topaz blue filller paint pen (the propper paint one from halfords) seems a bit dakrer tho but still looks better and i'm yet to re- t-cut / wax and then polish to protect. You take a couple steps back, and it looks good like in sig pic, get close and you do see it and it does bug you!!! mine is doing so less n less tho as days go by. I need some nicer rims to detract attention

yep weekend commencing Fri 26th July seems good for me, the mrs is set for Skeg and I'm meant to be going the following month with her and some mates anyway (she going this time with her mum n nan)....said I'll prob sit that one out lol. So should be fine mate....you???

Jimi, Jim, Paul??? how about you guys ....AND WHILE WE ARE AT IT, I NOTICE THIS THREAD HAS MANY MANY VEIWS, I KNOW THERE ARE MORE UK USERS, GET REGISTERED COME ON HERE AND SAY HELLO, JUMP ON THE MEET. ...THE MORE THAT COME, THE BETTER IT WILL BE.

...IF YOU BUILD IT, THEY WILL COME!!! HAHAHAHAHAAAAAA (sorry always wanted to say that!! heheee)

318 Owners - Get In Here!!!

Cheers Hecktik, I'm lovin' the Angel Eyes, ordered some Phillips extreme vision headlight bulbs as mine look so yellow against the Angels.

I used a clay bar for the first time recently, I used this Meguiar's Quik Clay Starter Kit ***163;16.99, http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/s...egoryId_255233
was a breeze to use and definitely made a difference, the clay was brown afterwards from all the tar and crap!

As for the boot lid lights, you don't have to remove the whole carpet trim, I just popped the 4 studs out IIRC?

The ones near the lights it self I presume? Ill be playing with that tomorrow. That kit is a good price, I usually use autoglym, but no harm giving that a whirl I guess.

As you lift up the boot there are 4 or 5 pull out clips at the bottom of the boot, just take them out and you've easily got enough room to remove the lights.

If you up for it Paul we may need to look at a new location you and Jimi are the furthest away, we was looking at York! I know Cheltenham is 2 hours from me and york 45 mins further, and Jimi about 3 hours (2hrs 15 York). Its kinda hard to find a central spot for us all. We are looking at the last weekend of July as that appears to be the free weekend for all!

Have not done the ECU trick will look at that.
