Yep, got the pollen filter housing off and can now see the culprit properly! :shocked:

Shaun I hold my hands up to you mate your 100% right. halfords paints crap Just been a proper body shop they mixed me some up it's so much better work with.

Did Halfords mix it for you? as they don't sell our colour off shelf, well not here they don't anyway and I would not trust Halfords to take my granny to supermarket!! I got mine on line with cutting compound once painted to fade it all in proper!

Quick note if any of you guys need the bump strip clips in the future if you decide to take off and refurb and break a clip the stealer is 20 for 20! Now this is the part number required 51138231130 and can be bought here for a damn sight cheaper! I ordered at midday yesterday and got them this morning!

Definitely needed replacing, the pipe has just disintegrated!!

No shaun got a touch up pen weeks ago from there It was more like water. Went the body shop near me they mixed me a spray can up it's much better. I've just sprayed that shark fin can't fit it yet it's throwing it down outside

Your Halfords sell the right colour? 263? I cant get it here but had tried there mixed stuff before and found it poor colour (was for wife's VW she had) since then I use this online place!
