quick clarification need: HPF kit 6speed and smg difference

From what I can tell when comparing a manual trans setup to an SMG is:

1 The wiring / relay module to the SMG slave is not present in the standard trans.
2 The Anti Lag rally style is deactivated within the AEM calibration in the standard trans.
3 The Harness is the same. Seems the SMG is wiring in the harness is present in both. When u look at the connectors on the harness that r on the drivers DME side the UEGO / SMG plug is present.
4 looking at the std trans harness there is a VSS labeled 2 pin cable... As well as the UEGO/SMG connector. Can anyone verify if their harness have this on their SMG and Std trans harness? Obviously it's the Vehicle Speed Sensor that is picked up from the transmission. It's possible that the SMG and Std trans have this wired differently... Strangely the VSS connector is pinned to the SMG slave circuit on the AEM???.. I'm unsure if what's going on... Maybe because it's 12:30am and I pulled a 11 hour shift at work and I'm still working on this thing and my brain is not up to par...lol Got to love cars

Ok finished with the harness and reverse engineering .... The harnesses r the same for the SMG and 6sp manual..... I have it installed on my car runs fine with no issues

Neat thing is now I have a better understanding of how wiring and AEM work together with the factory setup...

One thing I found was that pin b33 on the AEM is wired directly to the SMG relay that taps into the SMG signal. This is for Generation 1 AEM & Harness.

Both SMG and std trans main harnesses use pin b33 and from what I can tell this is the SMG circuit and b17 is the VSS signal which connects to pin 22 at the Jumper box side of the harness. So the main harnesses are exactly the same. Only the SMG relay module which is separate is different. Still waiting to confirm what in the Aem calibration is different. I suspect its the 2step and maybe the anti lag as stated before.
