Are you always this arrogant? Tell me something I don't know that might be of benefit then. Maybe in return I can educate you on polymers and processes.

Edit: here's what I have so far...

-401k through employer (full match)
-Roth IRA (working on reaching max yearly contribution)
-8+ months of emergency funds in savings account
-Company stocks

I'm sure there's more but I feel as if I have more of my bases covered than most folks my age...

Good benefits (401k, fairly cheap cost insurances, free 100k life insurance, education assistance, etc)
Not too much travel, but I get mileage and expenses when traveling so I keep all the reward points.
I get to work with the latest technology in power generation.
Work with quite a few friends and get along with just about everyone.
Company is a subsidiary of a global fortune 500 company.
Already been promoted once and I haven't even been here for 5 years yet (though close to it).
Cafeteria and gym in the office building.
Free soda/juice/coffee in the office.
Really good pay

Closest job description for what I do available at the BLS here (power generation industry) http://www.bls.gov/oes/current/oes273042.htm#ind

These are two that I forgot to mention.....on top of not needing vaca approval (unless it's more than a week) I get more vaca time than I did at my prior job with zero accrual time.
