INPA Issue (no E46 listed?)

I've tried the tutorial and software listed here and here and while both installations appeared to have worked neither have E46 listed as an option.
With the dongle plugged in it comes up with these options:

F1 Information
F2 F01
F4 E60
F5 E65
F7 E83/X3
F8 E85 (E86)/Z4
F9 Special Tests
F10 End
Shift+F1 Change Editor
Shift+F2 Mini R50
Shift+F3 Mini R56
Shift+F5 Rolls Royce RR1
Shift+F7 E87 (E81,E82,E88)/1er
Shift+F8 E90 (E91,E92,E93)/3er
Shift+F9 Old Models
Shift+F10 Exit

The "Old Models" include: E31, E34, E36, E38, E52 and E39

Why would the E46 be omitted? It doesn't show up for me with either download. IS there an add-on I'm missing or something?

EDIT: Solution

Go here . . . . .

Everything you need is there! Just take a look around.

NOTE: You might not have done anything wrong. The application might have been packaged to work with those particular models. Just trip on over to the supplied link above and happy hunting. You can also edit the "ini" file to launch the program files of your choice. My PC is configured to run "ALL" compatible BMW models.

I got the E46 to show up by modifying the .ini file.
Program works well on my car and a friends E39 M5.
Now if I could only get the sub menus to show up in english...
