Do i have to replace the axle ??

Hi everyone

i am attaching a video pls take a look at it and pls tell me whats wrong. i really dont want to replace the axle cuz i know its going to cost me a arm and a leg. so if thats the case how long can i drive like this. the reason i am asking is cuz i have vibration over 60mph and a squeaking noise at low speeds. i checked the control arm and bushing all looks good to me.

You can inspect the inner and outer boots for rips or loose clamps. If you find splatter areas on surrounding parts where the light grease has been slung out, that's an indicator. To say squeaks or vibration is an axle problem is simply a guess. Normally, repeating clicking when in a tight low-speed turn points to a dry, worn CV. High-speed vibration can be anything from an out of balance wheel to other worn front end components. Bushing condition is tested by flexing things not just looking.

I'm not sure about that axle play the video shows? There has to be a little play there but can't say yours is excessive.
