Navigation/GPS units with satellite radio compatibility?

Is there any way to get satellite radio other than the OEM 16:9 or 4:3 units? What I am asking is if there is any other unit available that is ready fit like the Dynavin or Enco/Clones that has a built in satellite radio interface?

I really like the OEM fit and function of the Dynavin but the lack of satellite compatibility is a deal-breaker. Android/wifi workarounds to try and get satellite radio from a phone or the internet through the unit is not really a function of the unit itself. Cutting the vents in the dash to fit a double din is a deal-breaker. Any single din other than OEM is a deal breaker.

Yeah, I know, I want my cake and to eat it too. But any ideas?

One idea to add... but I don't know if this sort of device even exists.....

How about a standalone Sirius/XM tuner that has a video and audio output via RCA cables, and its own remote control. You would hide this tuner somewhere behind the dash, and by switching the Dynavin/Enco unit to video, you could see the stations and everything on the screen, the only thing is you would only be able to change stations with the remote control (assuming it can send signals strong enough to get behind the dash). This setup would be the closest thing, but I don't know that it exists.

I'm in the same boat, did you find a good solution or workaround? Thanks.
