Lets just say that I have some reservations about spraying it!

First off the clutch, we will be way over 1000 ft lbs !!

Secondly we are just about at the limits of the fuel pumps and the 250 shot would put us way over! The Saad racing fuel system is rated at 1080 RWHP on E85 !! Need more pump!

Thirdly the main caps. The main caps are MUCH smaller than the stock 2J ones and we break those at about 1200 RWHP! If they do break catastrophically he will need a new motor and transmission probably..... very expensive!

A 250 shot would make over 1300 on Toms car!

I will certainly try it but Tom needs to know that we are going into uncharted territory here that no one has ever been to with this motor! Therefore if something breaks, he may not have the car at all this summer!

What do you guys think??

The os giken R3C clutch should hold the power as Mickey in sweeden has proven it, I'd say lets start off with a 150 shot? So we have to add another pump if we want to spray?

I didn't add nos to the car to not use it, gotta pay to play but let's hope my engine/tranny do not grenade!

I thought you had an HPF clutch??

We can go back down to a 150 shot, Id just have to order new jets as we drilled yours out larger for the 250 shot. Up to you ! Im game

I just want to forewarn you as we go to where no man has gone before... anything can happen!

I say drive it for a little, and enjoy it! After the summer, send it back to SP and then have them go all out. Your summer will suck if something happens on spray.

Congrats Tom/SP.

Go drive it for summer. Enjoy it man. Don't lose the fun/joy factor for it sitting in a shop for long periods. Ask me how I know.

GL with everything.

Now that the car is making so much HP on boost, I suggest that we knock the nitrous back down and only use it for spool up..... thoughts?
