Tom,
I would not spray n20.

Just be happy with what you got there.

N20 is used by many people, but it has its own risks.

You have more than usable power already.

So do not take the risk and enjoy boost only.

I ve sprayed 250 shot maybe 500 times, empties bottles and bottles.... Never damaged the S54 but it requires attention and attention.

Just drive boost only.

When boost only is not enough you may use n20.

I will most likely be keeping the car boost only for now and let SP do some NOS action during the next cold season, that way if there any failures we have a lot more time to iron them out...

Wow! Congrats, can't imagine what it's like to have a 1000+ whp E46 on tap! I agree with everyone and say just enjoy the ride for now, that's plenty of power to kill anything on the road! Enjoy that beast...

Real nice numbers , congratz guys Imo you guys should do some road or track testing for traction and adjust the powerband accordingly . Power is meaningless unless u can really use it Nos can be used for spool and lowering iat

Tom's SP built 1071 RWHP Video

That's awesome! Congrats guys! Enjoy the car now.. You've been waiting for months to get it done and almost took it to another shop. I know how it feels to wait for a build to be done.

Just some food for thought...... we made 1071 now vs 940 last year. The differences are the new FSR exhaust manifold and new valve springs.

Forgive me if this has been addressed, but what about cams? Still running stock cams? Or has the entire head been reworked with a better flowing setup?

How much more is there to be had by adding proper speced cams to open the head up more? Or are the gains not worth the cost.. is cost an issue at this point... yea right.. just curious as to why still oe cams.
