I've seen nice 07s in the 70s but now that the 991 came out in PDK prices blipped up a bit. I'll finally be putting up my M3 for sale since I barely ever drive it now.
I remember chilling with you at meets in the OC back in the day when you had one of your many M's. I really can't wait to become a Porsche owner. This X5 is a 3 year lease, so I may finally be ready for a P-Car by then.

Good choice on the X5. Last model year cars are the best as all the problems are fixed and updated.....

Nothing to go wrong as all problems or most anyway are updated from the factory...

Thanks man! I'm really loving it. It's a different experience for sure, and now I don't feel so guilty driving slow. LOL!

Yeah, that was the first of my Ms. Those were the good old days of the OT....how I miss those days. Since I have a bit of a drive to work I had to pick up a.... Plug-in Prius ....so since the E92 M3 isn't a garage queen it was time to get a true garage queen. I looked for a 997.2 GT3RS but didn't find one in the color/options/price that I liked so I picked just picked up a regular GT3 (right before they announced the 991 GT3 was not going to be offered in PDK).

I had an x5m and an x5 50i, both got 14-15mpg but you gotta keep your foot out of it. 50i was no slowpoke either. I'd imagine a 50i with a tune will pull x5m numbers. Kinda hard to keep your foot out of the x5m though, so ten mpg it is

Subjective? Yes. Agree with you? Most definitely. Looks like a x3 got stung by a bee and is inflammed and poofing out.

Although I also liked the look of the facelifted 1st gen X5. It may not have played the part of off-roader it looked like it could.

That's actually a pretty legit looking X5.

Good choice on the X5. It is a different kind of good driving pleasure. You would be bored driving the Range Rover.

Can't wait for the new X5M. Could be my next SUV.
