Pain in toe

Well typing that title made me feel like a b*tch, but it hurts to step on my foot flat. The pain is in my second toe on my left foot and makes it a hassle to walk which sucks since I am travelling.
-I can bend it with my hands (up/down, left/right) but when i do it without assistance it hurts
-when i put pressure on the bottom of my foot it hurts

Could this be from too much walking? I've been walking ~6 hours a day or more for the past week.

I'm wondering if this sounds muscular or something more serious and if i should go to the clinic/will it pass?

Thanks

sounds to me like something that'll pass (you tweaked something) ... but I'm no doctor lol. sounds like a bruised bone or something?

I block shots in hockey all the time, so I've learned that most ailments will heal with time unless you break something

Soak your feet in hot water and salt. Drink/eat ginger to help with any inflammation/recovery. Maybe have your friend suck on your toe lol

Eat a ginger? They usually frown upon eating people.
