Thinking of selling some of my guns

Don't know if we're posting for sale stuff here or in the classifieds? I'm needing to free up some cash for my business start up (doing mobile pre-purchase inspections check out my website )

I'd like to sell the gsg (see link in my sig). Has had about 1000 rounds throughout it. The only issue is that the fire selector will need to be converted to show proper selection (gun can be put in fire and safe mode but the selector is pointing to the wrong position after the lower conversion). I have around $500 in it but probably wouldn't go under $400.

Also have a Remington 870 express tactical with less than 50 round through it for $400 as well. The gun is completely stock but has a few scratches and the typical Remington light coating coming off on some places.

I would love to sell the saiga but I'm still having misfires due to light primer strikes and do not want to sell a gun that is not working correctly and could be a potential safety issue. I'm taking the bolt and firing pin to a machinist to see what we can figure out.

Do you think these prices are fair?
