Thats the real question, they would be able to keep it. There is a $16,107.00 lien on it, they would have to pay that off to keep it.

That will be a nasty surprise for the buyer, as it seems it isn't being disclosed....

Not long....that's why we can't have nice...I don't know who the seller is but having two accounts is against the rules.

if he sold it then it would pay off the lien other wise it would be illegal but techically it can be sold as long as the lien is paid out of the sale. Maybe thats whats being done, who knows.

At the end of the day.. Nobody knows whats truly going on so i do not see why everyone is jumping the gun.

If a bank has a lien on your car.. Would rather give it to them let them give you pennies for credit , or try to sell it for maximum profit and paying the creditor back as much as you can plus probbaly have some change left over for yourself.

I dont see why people are saying derek has anything to do with it.. As he said, amex has a lien on it so why would he feel the need to touch it. People have been pointing fingers at derek this whole time but never has named one shady thing he has done. He's a creditor not part owner

Obviously someone is trying to conceal their identity to sell it.. How about chris, the man who hasnt shown his face the whole time

Point fingers at the people who has helped alot people during this whole situation. Point fingers at the people who gave us any info on whats going. Good job guys

I would have thought because you had money involved that you would be taking part in keeping track of the assets as well. The dyno is not easy to move. If you say the guy selling this stuff is not supposed to be selling it I guess he's not supposed to be selling the other HPF parts either. You don't seem to phased by any of this which make me feel like you know whats going on.

There is so much wrong going on with this whole situation. I will never touch anything that you or kirk ever put out whether it be HPF or Kirk/Derek's Explosion works. Not that I don't like some of the product, but the way you guys conduct business and conduct behaviour in the public eye.

I only sound like an asshole because I'm trying to put the puzzle pieces together on my own. If we were provided more facts from the get go there would be none of this going on. Probably should have stayed off the internet in the first place IMO.

I'm just in a pisssed off mood, there are several very specific things that Chris cannot do. If this indeed happened this a huge one, I am working on verify that the dyno has not moved. It's hard to know what is going on everyday since I am 250 miles away, last thing I thought was a 5,000 lb dyne would move. You comment about the way kirk and I conduct business. Lets look at that shall we. Kirk has volunteered his time getting cars put back together and back to their owners. I have volunteered my time getting motors back to people and their parts shipped out at my own cost. Yes how dare we do business like that. Sorry that the "public" has formed opinion with out a single piece of documentation. That may be a world that you live in, but in the real business world this simply cannot be done. There are all sorts of speculation out there. Here is a good one, a good friend of your starts a business with a form HPF employee. Copies of all the work that HPF did to make a E92 M3 turbo kit disappears, the "new" company is close to releasing a E92 M3 less than 8 months since it started....Is this a double standard?? So the statement you made was you were trying to piece things together is why you making stupid assumptions, why?? Your not out any money, you have yet to help a single person who is out money. So is you intention just to start trouble, when you have so little of the facts??

HPF was making a E92 M3 Turbo Kit? Now someone is copying it? Who? That's bullshit! You own those rights now, right? I'd be up in arms. Give me the number to this shop that stole HPF's designs for the E92 M3 Turbo kit. I'm going to give them a piece of my mind!

Just a rumor I heard, just like everyone else I posted up on here. Oh ya rumor has it that it's the shop you started with John, the turbo kit on the e92 M3 spread like wild fire around Portland. I don't have any proof, but apparently that is not needed here!

No I don't own those rights I have to stay inside the contractual agreements me and other creditors had.
