Need help with spacer and tire specs

I have a 2001 325I that ill be modifying the suspension and rim/tires on. The coilovers ill be using are ECS Tunings FK Streetline coilovers, the rims I will be using are Style 95 rims which are 19x9 (front) and 19x10 (rear). I really need your guys help when it comes to selecting the tire sizes for both front and rear, as well as selecting the correct spacer size to achieve the following stance:

So basically:
1) What size spacers for the front and back?

2) What tire sizes for the front and back?

Also I understand fender rolling and or pulling my play a role.

The size of the spacers required to get the gap closed will depend on how much drop and how much fender pulling you are going to go with.
I am pretty sure you will rub on the rear arches with a drop, so spacers would only be required if you are doing extensive body work. The offsets on these wheels are pretty high and sedan doesnt have much of a room to play with for the rear tires.
