yeah man. I use jefit and it has a timer. You can edit the time/rep/sets and you just input it during your lift. A+ app!

I love working out after a hard night, gets everything running, breaks a sweat and pushes the poison out. Hangover gone by the end of the workout. Sitting on the couch all day seems to make it last longer.

I have told this short story before but last year some time I was going to boston to see some show with some friends and to meet our friend that lives there. Got absolutely hammered and came back the next afternoon. I don't really get hangovers so I worked out and I go in my room after and take my shirt off. I'm sitting there like wtf is that smell. Did my idiot friends leave open beer cans all over the place. I'm looking around for them and I don't see any. I'm super confused and then I realize it's me that smells like old open beer cans.

that's pretty gross, but it is fairly normal to smell like booze the next day. Heck, sometimes your poop will too.

that day I actually had a pretty good lift too. I took a 20 minute nap after a meal after my workout and woke up feeling totally fine. I'm not aware of the science behind it and whether it is good to lift or take a day off but I will likely continue to lift hungover ever if it is a arm/core/cardio day.

solly I often stink like vodka or rum the next day, even if i shower in the morning.
