Back at it!

Last time I was in the gym was probably February.

Got back at it today, right after work.

Just did some running to ease into it -- I did 3.3 miles (flat, incline, etc.) in 1 hour. Not sure if that's slow or fast, but I was pouring sweat and felt good after.

I hope to continue it tomorrow, assuming I'm not too sore. I also, of course, hope to improve my times.

Awesome dude, I remember how great I felt when I finally committed to it again. Your 3.3 miles is a solid base to just blow the dust off and get ready to start getting in shape. Before we can really offer much assistance though, we like to see what your goals are:

Weight loss? Build muscle? Bulk up? Cut fat? Etc. and we also like seeing a baseline photo

Next time, ease into it. Lol. As in like half a mile. But it's always a good feeling getting back into it!

Thanks for the feedback! Haven't been on the CPU for a few days, hence the delayed reply

No pics as of yet. Hopefully soon.

Tuesday AM (right when I woke up): 100 body squats
Tuesday PM (right after work): 40mins. on stair master
Wednesday: 100 body squats
Thursday: 45 body squats, some shoulder presses
Friday: Lazy AF!

I'm not certain what my goal is, yet. I just wanted to get back into it. I did the whole 6-pack goal and achieved it, but I don't want to do that again. It gets stale after a while when you have to eat healthy, count calories (fat, carbs, protein), worry about what you eat/drink at home or at special occasions.

As of now, I want to keep staying in the mood to workout/exercise and obviously gain some muscle/mass and just overall feel more energized throughout the day. I'm sure my goals will change as I progress though!

And yes, I shouldve eased into it. My thighs are killing me right now, but I appreciate the soreness!
