Weird Electric Issue. BMW Code 37. Main Relay Fault.

Alrighty guys weird stump here. My car was fine when I started her up this morning on a short trip to pick up a coffee for myself. Came back home parked her and locked it. That was around 9am. Now 4pm comes around and I wanted to go to buddy's house so I went outside and noticed she wasn't unlocking. I press the unlock button several times and nothing. Put the key in the door and the alarm goes off. Stops and continues again and repeats again and again. The key still unlocked my door but the car had absolutely no power. No lights, nothing. The alarm then stops. I put cables to it and bam power. Not enough to start her but all the electronics were working. I armed and disarmed the alarm and it worked perfectly. Waited a minute or two and she started. I then noticed the cel light. Read the code with PA Soft.

"25[037] Main relay, reaction relay, not switched with delay"

So I looked at all the relays. Removed them all and put them back in. After 4-5 starts the cel goes away. PA soft still shows it in red as an error but the cel isn't on the dash. On the live data it even shows that the mil lamp is off but there's still one mil error. I don't want to clear everything because I've got inspection Friday so until I can clear everything there is nothing I can do. The battery and alternator are new btw so those are not the issues.

Just wanted to see if anyone's got a clue on what's going on here.

Mine turned out to be a bad fuel pump. I ordered a new relay and a few days later my fuel pump craped out on me after changing it.
