Check the torque on all the studs to see if the threads are holding up.

Holy crap. I'd call the shop that did it and try to get a refund. If they were tightened they shouldn't have been able to come loose like that

I was google imaging bmw headers to see if any new options come up and I saw this. Looks like a good concept to work with the tough fitment on an e46. Something new with a built in flex coupler someone might want to look into. Click image for larger version
