My Ride: 2003andahalf E46 M3
Turner Motorsports washing my car on a rainy day

I recently chose Turner Motorsports for a big work list i wanted to complete for my E46 M3. Work list included rear subframe install, shocks + spring install, wheels and tire install, brakes all around install, also multiple bushings install including Rtabs and subframe bushings. So as the car is being taken apart for all the installs, Turners mechanics suggest that random maintenance should be performed at this time as well. (Belts, seals, and fan clutch and such) I happily agreed to everything that was written up on my final invoice.

My vehicle was picked up for from Turner with no hiccups at all. My problem started when I finally got my hands on my car. First thing I noticed was my ebrake handle pulled up so far that its pushing up on my center armrest. Secondly, I notice a very small amount of oil mist on my rear bumper area. Not putting to much thought into it. I proceed to get into it and look forward to taking it for a 6 1/2 hour ride.
An hour into my ride my car starts whining like my rear end just magically became supercharged. Being paranoid of this high pitch whine. I pull over on the side of the mass pike. I discover that my rear bumper area and exhaust are covered in an oily black residue, and the differential is bleeding fluid. So here I am 5 or so hours from my destination with a car that seems like its not gonna make it. Needless to say that the next 5 hours of the ride was very nervous and stressful.
After so much of my time and effort and money was spent to get my car to and from Turner. I was very very disappointed my car wasn't holding up to standard.
After letting Turner know about my problems they were more than willing to help me out and work with my tough schedule.
As I finally made it back to Turner for the second time. It was found that I developed a faulty Diff because of a seal that went wrong somewhere along the line and the diff needed replacing. I felt wronged cause I shouldn't have to be dealing with a diff problem when my diff was fine going there. But Turner assumed partial responsibility and we worked out a solution that was very fair and wasn't to harsh to either party.
So when it was all set and done I would like to strongly recommend Turner Motorsports as a great, customer friendly and very knowledgeable group of people. Very very big thanks to Marco the service manager there. Great guy and loves BMWs as all of us here do. He even went as far as washing my car for me on a rainy day. Just to keep me satisfied as a customer. Big thumbs up to Turner.

Always good to hear a good ending to something that could have obviously gone bad. Glad to hear this! I have never had any issues with Turner myself
