Smile First Brake Job

Just finished changing out the pads and rotors on my wifes 323i. I used Cool Carbon R/T's with new Ultimate Brake rotors both from Bavauto. Rotors are cross drilled and put the rotors on using a Sport Assembly. This means the spiral grooves run one way while on an Aggressive Sport Assembly the rotors are swapped and the grooves spin the other way. Not going to the track anytime but I thought what the heck. Just finished bedding the brakes per the instructions provided. Except for being too stupid/anxious to fully torque the tires everything went well. Used CRC's anti-noise on the back of the brake pads and had no problems. I did let the anti-noise set for 24 hours. Don't know if this had to do with anything but it's what I did. Only have the front done, rear brake rotors haven't come in yet.

By the way, did I mention this was my first brake job!

Way to go, Hot! Now you can call yourself a "greaser".
I never heard about the slots going one way or another, although I have wondered....
