The 8.5 will but it might be clost depending on tire choice and how low you are, but the 10will have to be rolled

I just don't see 10's happening on that car without minor fender work. I could be wrong but m3's have a lot more room than you and it's still a tight fit.

I don't remember my tire size, but back when I had my 325ci I had 9.5 rears at stock ride height. Whenever I had people in the back seat it would rubb pretty bad over bumps.

Fender rolling shouldn't cost much. There are several members on here that do it for cheap (can't think of any off the top of my head, but I'm sure you could find some with a quick search). How low are you? If you stretch and roll fenders I'm sure you could make it work. I also forgot to mention I had two 12's in my trunk with a big a$$ box so that didn't help the weight=rubbing issue.

Whether they fit or not is going to be dependent on the tire size you choose, wheel offset, and the amount of fender work you do. Fender rolling is going to be a must in your case. The cost of rolling varies though, so shop around. Some fender rolling services will actually come to you, and they'll roll your quarters in your driveway!

That rear tire size is too tall, and you'll end up rubbing.
