Hi from germany!

Hello!
I am from germany and this e46 platform gives ne many lessons! Thanks for that dudes!

I drive a e46 323ci with a engine swap to the m54b30.

Most is Stock !
Drive on lpg (kme diego g3 with obd Adapter and hana rails) about 4 years and 120000 km!

Last week i blow of my head gasket...
Now i had finished the engine rebuild.

I do the timing without special tools.. i marked all with steelneedle and waterproof markers.. now i have no torque under 2500rpm... and a static failure in the ecu!

Camshaft inlet sensor
Not correct signal
Static failure

When i put the connection unpluged from the camshaft sensor and i delete the failure the same failure comes back!

So is the timing incorrect?

A new sensor brings the same failure!
In another engine the sensor works!

I had test the connection between ecu and sensor the harness ist ok!

So i think i do the timing wrong an the result ist the failure in the ecu..but with disconnected sensor it throws the same code!
And the lack of power!

I read out with INPA!

Before i forget! I blow the headgasket with a damaged waterpump... the water wheel was loose.. ... i bought a new head.... and build in... i have full compression no water or oil use..

Sorry my english is bad...

The german guy sad thanks!
