Agreed. He'll either spill the beans on who did it or get convicted on a lesser charge. Either way, me thinks he's done playing football.

Yup. To think with gronk injuries, Hernandez was likely to get the attention from Brady

the amazing thing to me is this retard already accidentally shot his friend in the face. if that happened to me, i'd be thanking my lucky stars that my friend wasnt killed, consider all my luck for the rest of my life spent, and stay away from anything that could remotely get me in trouble again.

Innocent, until/unless proven guilty. And he's still innocent.

The obstruction charge won't stick. He's under no obligation at that point to keep the evidence. If that evidence was subpoenaed, it would be different. Until then, it's his own private personal property. No obstruction for destroying his own stuff.

A good lawyer will say all of these things. Hopefully he has to pay one way or the other. An innocent person doesn't do this kind of crap. At the very least he's protecting a friend which makes him an accessory.

As a die hard Pats fan and a Connecticut native this makes me sick!

Hernandez has been an upstanding citizen when it comes to volunteering in and for the community. Helping out boys and girls clubs and so on and so forth. And out of the blue this happens and he starts destroying his security system and cell phone???

I'm sorry but even as someone who wants to pretend that this not happening and that Hernandez is innocent; things don't add up and makes him look very suspicious.

I hope and pray that we'll get some hard and true evidence/info soon so this can be put to rest one way or another.
