Even after all this info came out about him destroying his phone and cleaning his house, Hernandez has done NOTHING to protect his image and deny the allegations

Maybe he destroyed evidence to guarantee prosecution would not be up his ass. IMO prosecutors far more dangerous than a defense attorney

So you think innocent people behave in this manner?

The majority of the time, no. I'm not saying he is innocent, I'm just saying because you or I say we wouldn't act like that doesn't mean someone else wouldn't.

Only one reason to bust his cell phone and security system. Someone did something bad. He is in all likelihood guilty of something.

I would venture to say that the words of his attorney went something like this:

"They will ask for your cell phone and security cameras, smash those. Getting a few years in prison for obstruction of justice is better than them finding the truth on your devices and getting life in prison for murder. So do that, and we'll see what happens and go from there"

Pretty awful if you ask me, but I guarantee thats how it went. Even if he didn't physically kill the guy, that statement could be spun to avoid being an accessory in the murder, etc.

Doesn't the nsa have all his phone records? And if he is with a home security guard company like ADT, I'm sure they have all of his images and recordings.

I doubt there are backups of the video feeds. Cell phone records might be able to get his location.

most people don't do it unless they have something to hide. It's a little weird he destroyed all this stuff coincidentally given the fact that he was with the dude the night he got killed.

Its very weird, and wreaks of guilt. Especially paying to have the entire house professionally cleaned the day the body is found. He wreaks of guilt any way you look at it, it just sucks that the most expensive lawyers in Boston will spin this and say that he backed over his cell phone by accident and broke his security system by having butter fingers, all legal mistakes and play it off that. I can't stand lawyers in this sense.

The lawyer is just doing their job. It's the defendant that refuses to accept responsibility for their deeds.
