24 Heures du Mans 2013!

The race is on! At 15:00 local time as usual, about 17C, and light rain.

Post up any good live feeds if you know any!

FIA WEC Live Feed & Live Timing: http://live.fiawec.com
FOX Sports/SPEED TV/Chevrolet Live Feed: http://stream.speedtv.com/corvette

A rolling start with light rain, Audi with their Etron Quattro and Toyota with their TS030 looking to have a good battle at the front of LMP1 with their hybrids. A little bit of passing has happened already.

An accident with the #95 Aston Martin at Tertre Rouge already and a full course yellow right now. Ambulance on the track.

24 Heures du Mans 2013!

RIP Allan, horrible accident.

That's another dark cloud over the motorsports community in less than 2 weeks (Mark Robinson's passing, car recovery personnel at the Canadian GP)

Sucks that he died...crash didn't look that severe. I knew when there was a cover on the car and no close-up coverage however that it was serious. Especially since the yellow was out for 40 minutes. Terrible day.

Maybe someone here can answer this but, why doesn't BMW race in 24 Hours of LeMans? I remember they used to have an LMP1 car, but that that years ago. Why don't they come back into LMP1 or in GT?

Very unfortunate circumstances in that accident in Tertre Rouge Things go slightly different and driver walks away, but for a few inches or mm here or there, its fatal

Didn't get to watch much, but saw some exciting P1 action for once. Should be crazy in the years to come with 4 major manufacturers in LMP1.
