Angry Major Screwup to my Vert

Help! Replaced my OEM radio with a in-dash stereo, DVD, Navigation, BT System (sorta like the Dynavin). Removed the sunglass compartment and moved the environmental controls down.

Everything was okay after install and putting everything back. The only problem was the spotty reception on the FM radio. Then the problems started:

1. AC unit stopped blowing cold air
2. Convertible top doesn't function at all - up or down. It is up now. But the seat heaters work and they are in the same control unit.
3. Radio doesn't work at all. No power to radio at all. Turn signals work but no sound.

WTF over? I have read through the forums and tried the myriad of suggestions but nothing works.

S/F

The key thing is the potential reason for the blown fuse.

Okay but which fuse? I checked the individual fuses for the AC, Radio, and top but they are all okay. So I am not sure which fuse would contribute to them overall. I guess I could take the long route and check each and every fuse but that will take a while.

I think I need to take it to the dealer to have them check the codes and re-set the codes. Crap!

My guess was going to be that you forgot to connect a connector to either the control unit or the lower unit when reassembling. I'd still check that.....

The turn signal thing seems odd though.

Quick update. I don't own a vert btw. I have two coupes.

What caused this issue was my radio. I took it out and everything works fine.
Good news is that since my M3 is a track car, I have a spare radio !

I know the connectors are made to fit into specific places but is there a chance that 2 are in the wrong place?
