RARE JL Audio Stealth sub enclosures for e46 - No longer in production!

I have a set of JL Audio Stealthbox enclosures for the e46 for sale. The enclosures are in excellent condition. The speakers are functional, but showing some signs of age, such as fading. So, this sale is primarily for the enclosures themselves, which have been out of production for years, and are a rare find. I could not even find any listed on eBay.
They fit ALL models (Sedan, Coupe, XI, M3) except the Touring and convertible.
Here are 2 links to install threads/reviews for these, back when they were still available:

As you can see in their pictures, they are very low profile, and don't take up any usable trunk space. It is a great option for someone who wants a sub, but does not want to fill their trunk.
Many people were under the impression that you should remove your rear 6.5 mid/woofers to run these. That is not correct. These do not replace the rear deck mid/woofers.
These are an addition to the bass sound, and are a modified enclosure for pumping out bass to the trunk. Removing the rear deck mid/woofer actually reduces their performance, because it leaves no rear seal for the box. You should install a baffle under your rear deck mid/woofer, to prevent the bass from the sub from affecting that speaker.
Many people did remove their rear mid/woofer, and used the opening to port some bass to the interior. But, that is not how these were designed to work, and the bass produced is greatly reduced.
It is possible to add these to a factory system, but it would require the addition of a separate amp. There are plenty of articles for doing this in the Car Audio and Electronics forum.
Mine have the original 8in JL Audio subs in them, but to be honest, they look a bit faded out. They still play fine, and there are no holes in the speakers foam surrounds, but they have seen better days. But, any buyer should consider replacing them with new subs. Also, sub quality has improved greatly since these subs were produced. If I were keeping them, I would get some up-to-date subs for them. The sale is really for the enclosures themselves.
I am asking $350 OBO+actual shipping from 28202
These are a rare item, and they will not be making any more of them!

Also available with a pair of CDT 8in Carbon Fiber cone subwoofers, in like new condition, for an extra $150. Link:

And does the rear strut bar interfere with this JL Audio stealthbox?

It should not be a problem for a normal bar. It does not hang down that low.

Guys,
This is Matthew's wife, Wendy. He asked me to check his messages, and he gave me the answers to post. He has been in the hospital for several weeks now, and they won't let him have his cell phone or his iPad because of the risk of infection. If it can't be sterilized, then he can't touch it. If any of you want to buy this, then send a message. I may not get back to you right away, but I will make sure he gets the message, and I will send a reply. I just ask that you have a little patience. He says that these are ready to ship, if anyone is interested.
