The mid engine cars are SO fun to drive. I happen to think the current Boxster and Cayman look SICK!

Thanks a lot! It's the best pick up I think I've made thus far. I got lucky for sure!

Thanks, Alec. It's been a long run with the E46's but it's time for me to keep it movin'!

I would leave the phone, iPod everything at home and just go drive that thing for hours.
That's a great compliment and I surely appreciate it. I have been driving it like crazy, only stopping when the lightning storms come because the other drivers on the road turn into idiots!

Enjoy that car, I have always wanted a Porsche but I am at a stage in my life of I can only have one car due to living in an apartment complex, and spaces in the city are expensive. So it's either a Porsche or a more spacious 2-door that can handle the winter for me when it comes to sports cars. The sheer amount of stuff I can fit into my E46 is incredible.

Edit: Okay, considering the car also comes in AWD as well, you officially have me interested, OP.
Never looked that hard into it.

that is SO MUCH LEATHER!!!

Awesome.

I think it needs wheels (and more power but I'm an HP addict), but that is a sweet pick up. Congratulations! I have never driven a Pcar but I desperately want to, I'm only 25 so I've got time.

The earlier cars were even offered with a leather-covered lock knob option.

You've got plenty of time. Let me tell you though, once you drive one your brain will forever think of how it WANTS one until you can't take it anymore and you go BUY one. It's like a drug. Beware

Porsches have big shift knobs, but the throw is incredibly small. Hardly any effort needed to shift. It's sublime.
