If you become a dealer and possess a demo letter then yes it can be converted and sold as a post sample.

My next machine gun will be an mp5/HK sear, dealer or not. I have the biggest hard on for them, almost enough to trade the colt for one.

I'd go after a registered sear vs a registered receiver. There's very few real transferable mp5's and they demand a HUGE premium for a true HK non conversion gun. There are good clones built from HK parts kit's but there not HK.

The sear is the way to go with one anyway, multiple host options. That said, host guns are mega expensive as well, especially true HK guns. Expect to pay more for a host then you would a full max-11 setup. Your going to pay more for a sear setup but it leaves you with more options.

Then you better buy it. Thats 1k under what a low end used one sales for online. That's way under our dealer cost.
