Yeah... my E46 is faster than any Ford Fusion that ever rolled out of the factory so ... there's that. Look it up.

Cool to just say stuff though.

You are incorrect. If you want to get technical the 2012 ford fusion v6 sport has 40 more hp than your 10+ year old 330. The new style fusion with an Eco boost 4cyl has 20 more hp than the 330. My point was not to get that specific but to let you know that your car is not fast. Next time you try to challenge someone when it comes to cars you shouldn't go after the 20+ year car dealer that does this for a living.

You can get custom lettering from Bimmian to make a ZHP badge if you want

His 330 is not your standard 330.

Plus all the weight loss from the removal of the badge, his acceleration will be Epic.

Yeah I definitely wouldn't say they are few and far between. I would even go at far as saying I might debadge an m3, not to make it a sleeper or anything, just to make the trunk area look nicer. It would still have other m badging and looks clearly different than a normal e46. I'm just not a big fan of the chrome, I might consider matte black badging.

Didn't debadge my 330ci. Showing that 330ci pride. But what 323/325/328 are badging 330ci lol. Not hating on the 323/325/328 owners

The fusion sport is a 3.5 liter... Your not comparing the same engine sizes... the 3.0L fusion makes 240hp and if you have a zhp thats only 5 more hp... It is also rated to do 0-60 in 7.4 seconds, which is about 1.8 seconds slower than the zhp... the sport is only rated at like 6.5.. lol @ car dealers.

To get back on topic. Here is my de-badged 330 for exampling. It's a very clean look.

My comment was in a nutshell just pointing out that no matter what numbers are on the back of your car none of them are really fast enough to worry about it.

I de-badged my e46 because it looks clean. Not for any other reason. Maybe I'll pull the badges off of my newest toy that was dropped off yesterday morning.

These days I see 325's on a daily basis, but I only see 330's on a weekly basis. Where I live there are a sh!t load of E90's and quite a few F30's, but not as many E46's as there used to be.

Nice CSL trunk lid! Your car presents itself well with the debadged look.

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate my 330, but i don't see why its that different from debadging a slower model. That said, I debadged mine, i think it looks cleaner than the chrome.
PS. I realize the 330 is still visible slightly

For me it wasn't about hiding the model, it is just a cleaner, more updated look. Little plastic chrome pieces are tacky imo.

Hardly the largest surprise in the world when you come onto a lowly (by comparison) e46 board with a rarified automotive presence way way above what 99% of people here will ever possess. No matter what you write, it doesn't come off as anything approaching humility.

And excellent example of the effect of badge removal. Take the badge off of a 360 and the blue book would go down about $10K.
On a much more minor level, same effect on an e46.

not "because Racecar", but "because 330 Automatic"
