Odd brake feeling?

I've noticed in my M that when I brake hard on a corner (in a pure "Oh ****, I Shouldn't have hit this so fast" moment, pre or during the apex) It kind of pulses or feels like grabbing, the actual movement of the car is smooth, but the pedal feedback is a pulse / grab. It is accompanied by a sound as well. My brakes from the last inspection (last month) are at about 30%.

Is this a common thing? Frankly it could be just how ABS feels, I've owned a lot of economical cars in the past years.

Definitely ABS, if you've ever had to slam on your brakes in any car you'll get a popping feeling from the pedal.

Oh and hard braking in a corner is a good way to end up in a ditch, braking in a corner unloads your suspension and can cause bad **** to happen..

Yes. I don't think I've pushed it very hard yet. I've never heard the tires scream.
Not like I used to hear in my beetle.

That's good haha. Just stay safe! Would hate to see another M in the junk yard let alone someone get hurt.
