E46 M3 Big Bore Fuel Rail-RADIUM Engineering

Recently, we designed and released a 6061 billet aluminum fuel rail specifically for all BMW S54 engines.

It is a direct bolt-on replacement for the stock fuel rail but offers more functionality. The use of rivet nuts allows the rail to be easily installed and avoids having to hold fastening nuts behind the mounting tabs with your fingers.

It is threaded at each end with -8AN O-ring ports for flexibility when plumbing an aftermarket high flow fuel system. The center 3/8" NPT port comes plugged or an optional pulse damper can be purchased for steady consistent fuel pressures.

This fuel rail is laser etched with the Radium logo underneath the stealth black anodizing. The anodizing also protects it from all corrosive fuel types such as E85.

The rail can be configured as a kit to replace the stock fuel feed hose with a high quality -6AN PTFE (Teflon) hose and -AN fittings. This is a direct drop-in replacement for the stock system.

Or it can be configured with optional adapters (-6AN, -8AN, -10AN) instead of the feed hose. This is for plumbing a custom fuel system using aftermarket hoses and fittings.

More information can be found on the product page HERE.

Works great and looks excellent in N/A S54 form as well. Very happy with this purchase. Pairs well with the Radium OCC, and Fuel pump kit.

The new fuel line to the fuel filter was a nice bonus as well. Pics vs. OE below.

Thanks Radium!

Awesome! Now you just need to save your engine at the track with a FST.

What would the benefits of this fuel rail be over the oem one on an NA modded M3? Im interested to add another quality piece from Radium to my engine bay

With the optional pulse damper, the engine will receive more consistent and safer fuel pressures over the BMW fuel rail.

Also, with the available adapter fittings (1/8NPT, -6AN, -8AN, -10AN), it's easier to connect aftermarket components such as: gauges, pressure transducers, fuel surge tanks (shown below), etc.

Very cool. I'll pick one up after my CF roof install
