It's the hose in the center half inch diameter with 90 degree elbow

There is a small protrusion from on the back of the intake manifold that this connects to. It's right next to the smaller one that has a cap on it. If you don't reattach this hose, you'll get a CEL for an Evap leak.

This picture shows the location pretty well, unfortunately it's not nearly as easy to see when the intake manifold is attached to the engine. If you remove the heat shield around the brake booster, it might make it a little bit easier to find.

that picture shows it perfectly. mine actually fell off and created a vacuum leak for a while. i recommend putting some silicone on it to hold it on if it's the original rubber piece. it seems to get bigger with time.
